I have a 2008 Cobalt LT with rear drum brakes. Not long after doing a complete brake job with all new parts and having the rear brakes adjusted by a shop( got tired of working on the ground, I'm getting too damn old for this stuff) I pulled the E brake handle up and it just flew right to the top of it's travel with barely any tension at all.
